Suitable for grinding either rock salt (dry salt crystals) or black peppercorns. Not to be used for sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt, or pink peppercorns. Independently tested and compliant with EU food contact legislation: Directive 84/500/EEC and Directive 2005/31/EC.
